The alleged perpetrators, Braydon Franklin and Clinton Travis Oliver, had previously lived with their partners in the victim's four bedroom house in Caboolture.

The prosecution claims that Franklin and Oliver conspired against Donna Louise Howe, fueled by perceived grievances stemming from allegations of theft.
