Wildberries in Crosshairs: Ukraine's Economic Strike Against Russia The recent wave of drone strikes on Russian online marketplace Wildberries has exposed vulnerabilities in Moscow's wartime economy, putting pressure on Vladimir Putin's regime to divert resources from the military.

The attacks have destroyed an estimated $2. 9 billion worth of goods at Wildberries warehouses in Moscow and Tambov regions, sparking concerns about Russia's struggling consumer sector.

Wildberries, often referred to as Russia's Amazon equivalent, has been a linchpin of the country's e commerce industry since its founding in 2004 by Tatyana Kim.
